Latino Family Literacy Project

There are many special opportunities to participate in your child’s education. Currently, through our Latino Parent Education Program, you can take the opportunity to participate in our classes held on Thursday mornings at 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. You will take home Spanish bilingual books to enjoy with your family, you will learn how to implement a regular reading routine at home, and you will have a chance to create a beautiful family album. Workshops take place at Roosevelt Elementary School in Room 5. If you have not signed up, you are still welcome to join in on the fun! Part 2 began on November 17, 2016, you are welcome to come at any time. We hope to see you there!
